Some have succeeded in activating their pass (provided that the contract is well validated in the app and that it is clearly visible in Wallet), but it seems that the quota of activations has been exceeded and that it is necessary to wait a few more days.
We can therefore consider that this early provision is part of a progressive deployment, reserved for a limited number of users to finalize the tests before the general opening. This scenario, not officially not confirmed, would stick with the anomalies observed since this morning.

The formula has considerable advantages compared to conventional tickets. You only pay the journeys actually made with a preferential rate: € 1.99 instead of € 2.50 for the metro, and € 1.60 for the bus. Correspondences become free for two hours.
The complete dematerialization of transport titles therefore gradually continues in Île-de-France. If you have subscribed to the annual package, your patience will still be put to the test since this option should not be available on smartphone before the end of 2025.
